Growing a Sustainable Vegetable Garden

By Jim Kennard Do you wish you could grow a sustainable vegetable garden? Now you CAN have a sustainable garden of your own in a very small space. And it can be fun as well as VERY productive! Whether you use organic gardening, container gardening, hydroponic gardening, raised-bed gardening, or straight soil-bed gardening, the things we discuss here will work to give YOU a sustainable garden! Lets think for a moment of what motivates us to grow vegetable gardens anyway? Many of us want the taste of fresh picked-when-ripe tomatoes, corn, peas and etc. Some folks believe it’s the healthiest way to live. Others love the fresh air and exercise, digging in the dirt, and the joy of being a co-creator with God. The idea of having our food grown by strangers on huge farms in far distant places, while perhaps using harmful pesticides and herbicides, makes others want the security and control of growing their own. And at times like 9/11 we all feel vulnerable to disruptions in the complex delivery system that brings food to our doors. Sustainable Gardening is really quite simple, and most of the work is already done for you by nature. All you need to do is learn and follow 10 basic rules. The following steps will assure you a great gardening experience. Learn and enjoy! 1) Choose a location away from shade of all kinds that’s reasonably level, has a good water supply, and has easy access 2) Remove everything from the soil: rocks, rubbish, and vegetation, including roots and runners of perennial weeds and shrubs. Then till or dig everything 8″ to 10″ deep. 3) Plan, stake, and build level ridged soil-beds in which to plant seeds or seedlings. An 18″-wide soil-bed or open-bottom box, with aisles of at least 3′ is ideal. 4) Assure balanced nutrition for your crops. Basically, this means you will need natural mineral nutrients, including a pre-plant mix youll apply and mix with your soil one time at the rate of one ounce (2 TBS) per running foot of soil-bed, and a growing mix for weekly feeding. These are mixes you can make yourself at very little cost. We’ll tell you exactly how to make these two mixes in another article. 5) Plant seedlings or seeds at the proper time, so they don’t freeze, and space them based on their size at maturity, to give them ample growing room. 6) Immediately after transplanting seedlings, give them a boost with 34-0-0 or other nitrogen fertilizer. Apply 4″ from plant stems along the row of plants, using 1/4 ounce per running foot of soil-bed. Water thoroughly. 7) Three days after transplanting, or immediately upon emergence of sprouted seedlings, begin applying the growing mix, using 1/2 ounce per running foot of soil-bed. Continue weekly until 3 weeks before crop maturity. Look for more about feeding your crops in another article. 8) At the first sign of tiny weeds, use a 2-way hoe to remove them. Never let weeds get even one inch high, but continue weeding until they give up. E and O weeding (early and often!) will assure you a weed-free garden, along with much more abundant and healthier crops. 9) Water down the center of your level ridged soil-beds daily, or as needed to maintain moisture in your soil-beds. Never let the soil dry out, since wilting plants are already dying. 10) Harvest your crops at the peak of maturity for best appearance, taste, and health benefit. Never leave crops in the garden after maturity, or they will quickly lose their food value and attract bugs and diseases. Just learn these few basic rules, follow them accurately, and watch nature’s miracle turn your bare ground into a cornucopia of tasty and healthy fruits and vegetables. In coming articles we’ll cover these steps in more detail so you can feel comfortable about why and exactly how to do things the best way - for your plants, your own health, and the environment. Michigan Personal Injury Lawyers

By Ken Marlborough A lawyer is a qualified professional adviser on legal matters who can represent clients in court. Personal injury law refers to the law that seeks to defend victims who are harmed by the action or inaction of another individual or person. This type of injury law is also referred to as tort law. An individual can file a claim for injury gain either physically or mentally, and it can also include damage to property. Personal injury lawyers seek to win compensation for their clients. A victim with a serious personal injury, physical damage, or emotional distress must be aware of the appropriate steps to be taken in order to protect the legal rights of the consumer. It is essential for the victims to be selective of the law firm they chose to represent and protect consumer rights. Over the years many firms that specialize in advocating consumer rights against large insurance companies and defense firms have come up. These personal injury lawyers usually try to negotiate with the opposing party or their insurance company. If necessary or if the attorney thinks that the consumer has a good chance of winning, the case may go to trial. The main concerns in a personal injury case are negligence and liability. Before the consumer is awarded compensation, the consumer’s lawyer has to prove that the defendant is liable. To prove liability, the lawyer finds negligence. If the lawyer proves that there was failure to exercise reasonable care to prevent injury or damage then negligence is established. Once legal responsibility and negligence have been recognized, the judge or the jury awards money to balance for medical costs, lost wages, and lost future earnings as well as for pain and distress of the consumer. Some lawyers at Michigan offer a free consultation, allowing the consumer to be able to meet with more than one lawyer, till one is found that works best to fight against the defendants. Most of the personal injury lawyers only charge the fees when the consumer recovers the full money. These lawyers stay in business by winning cases. Chronic Pain Sufferers - Tips for Your Doctors Visits

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Karen_Hummel] Karen Hummel Since breaking my back in 1998, I have been blessed with some exceptional physicians who believed in me and sincerely wanted to help me with my struggles with chronic pain. Unfortunately, I have also encountered those who have not treated me so well. If you encounter a Doctor that does not treat you well or makes you feel uncomfortable; run, hobble, crawl, do what ever you have to do, to get as far away from the person as possible. There are plenty of great, caring physicians out there. Lets put the other guys and gals out of business. Lets face it, even the best physicians are short on time and sometimes we get a little sensitive due to our pain, so it is important to plan ahead. I have a few tips I find helpful for me and my doctor. Hope you find them useful, as well. 1.Keep a diary of your symptoms, pain level, activity level, and other things your physician may have asked you to track. 2.Bring a list of questions and concerns to each Doctors visit. Be clear and concise. Remember, your Doctor has a limited amount of time to spend with each patient. 3.If you are having trouble communicating with your Doctor, bring a trusted friend or family member to be your voice or evaluate the situation. Sometimes we get a little short tempered when we are in pain. If your friend agrees that the Doctor is not treating you well. Find a new Doctor. 4.Be honest as to whether or not you are following Doctors orders. Are you exercising, doing therapy regularly, taking your medications, etc 5.If you dont understand your Doctor, ask him to clarify, if you still dont understand, ask again. This isnt the time to worry about looking stupid! 6.Post all of your important medical numbers together, including; physicians, therapists, pharmacist, personal trainer, coach, and any other people helping you with your condition. This is also a great place to post your medications and latest symptoms. 7.Ask your Doctor the three most important things you can do to improve your condition. 8.Ask your Doctor for his honest assessment of what you can expect over the next week, month, year, and so on. 9.Last but not least, keep a positive attitude at the Doctors office. I use humor as much as possible in describing my situation. I believe that is why my Doctors and their staff like to see me. They must get a little sick of hearing people whine all day. They are only human. If you are blessed with a great, caring Doctor, give him or her something to smile about when you are there. Believe me, it will come back to you ten fold, on your roughest days, when you can barely muster a smile or hold back the tears. They will want to cheer you up! 15 Simple Metabolism Boosting Secrets

By Janice Elizabeth Small Your metabolism is the rate at which your body burns calories. The faster you burn calories the more weight you can lose even if you eat the same amount, so it makes sense to do everything you can to boost your metabolic rate if you’re trying to lose a few pounds. You use about 60% of the calories you need each day just by being alive. That’s your basal (or resting) metabolism. About 30% of the calories are accounted for by how much you move (your activity metabolism). The remaining 10% are used up by the process of digesting food (your thermic metabolism). By making some simple changes you can fire up all three types of metabolism and become leaner faster. 1. Eat little and often Small and regular meals throughout the day will keep your metabolism high. If you eat the same amount of food in just one or two large meals as you do in five or six mini-meals and snacks you will burn fewer calories. This is because your metabolism slows down between meals. Never skip meals to save calories. Having a low-calorie snack will work much better and will also stop you falling ravenously on the nearest chocolate bar later in the day. 2. Eat breakfast Your metabolism slows down overnight. When you have been through a period of more than eight hours without eating you need food to get your metabolism going again. So have breakfast as soon as you can after you wake up. If you’re not a breakfast person take something healthy with you when you leave the house and have it is soon as you can face it. It’s not great for your weight loss plans to have to boost your metabolism with a mid morning cookie or cake. 3. Eat enough If you eat too few calories, your metabolic rate will automatically drop. This is a self preservation mechanism, which kicks in when your body thinks you are starving. The safest bet is to eat about 250 calories less than you need at the sedentary level and to take 250 - 500 calories of exercise each day to give a steady weight loss of between one and two pounds a week. 4. Eat Lean Protein It takes more energy for the body to digest protein than carbohydrate or fat. Studies have shown that people who eat a high-protein diet burn more than twice as many calories in the hours following their meal as those eating a high carbohydrate diet. While the safety of high-protein diets can be disputed, it does make sense to include some lean protein as part of each meal. 5. Eat Fibre Food with lots of fibre also gives your thermic metabolism a boost. High-fibre foods like beans, fruit, vegetables and whole grains simply take longer to digest and therefore help burn more calories. 6. Spice up your food Spicy foods (especially chilli) raise the metabolism by as much as twenty-five per cent for a few hours after eating. So eat hot and spicy food a bit more regularly and see if this helps you. Just go easy on the refried beans and guacamole if you decide to go Mexican! 7. Drink Coffee Caffeine speeds up your heart rate and the faster your heart rate the more calories you burn. Not great if you have heart problems or difficulty getting to sleep however! 8. Drink Green Tea The phytochemicals in green tea are supposed to raise metabolism slightly by causing your brain and nervous system to run more quickly. Although not many sizable and conclusive studies have been done on this to date, drinking green tea rather than milky coffee or other calorie-laden beverages will definitely help you lose weight! 9. Get active Aerobic exercise for more than thirty minutes not only burns calories but also keeps your metabolism high for several hours afterwards. The best time for exercise is in the morning as it will help kick start your metabolism for the day. If you can do 30 to 60 minutes of aerobic exercise almost every day your metabolism will soar. Interval training would help even more. 10. Walk it off If you prefer to take light exercise, try going for a walk after lunch or dinner. This boosts the rise in metabolism you get after eating. No strenuous exercising on a full stomach though. 11. Build those muscles Muscles burn calories even when you’re resting. For every pound of muscle you add, you burn about 50 extra calories a day without taking any more exercise. So it’s a great idea to include some resistance or weight training in your exercise regime. Twenty minutes three times a week is enough to make a big difference in your metabolic rate as well as the shape of your body. 12. Go hot or cold Any extremes of temperature you experience will help raise your metabolism by up to 20 percent as the body attempts to cool you down or raise your temperature. Make sure it’s safe for you to go in the sauna or on the arctic expedition though before you try this one. You could have a go at keeping your home a few degrees cooler than is comfortable for sitting around in winter and restrict the air conditioning to the very hottest days in summer. In the winter it will help you get up and get moving and in summer encourage you to go to the pool to cool off! 13. Drink Iced Water Another trick is to drink a glass of iced water a few times a day. You’ll raise your metabolism just by having to bring the water up to body temperature. Drinking water is required anyway, of course, to keep your bodily functions working smoothly (including your metabolism). 14. Watch the alcohol On top of the empty calories that alcohol contains, it also has a dehydrating effect, which slows down your thermic metabolism. Alcohol tends to inhibit the process of metabolizing fat too, which can lower your basal metabolism. And there’s not much chance of you wanting to exercise after all that booze so it’ll have an effect on your activity metabolism too. Bad news all round! 15. Take up yoga The chemical processes which comprise your metabolism are regulated by the endocrine system, especially the thyroid. Yoga has many postures which have a powerful twisting and compressing effect on the endocrine organs, strengthening and stimulating them and this can help to regulate and boost your metabolism. If you boost your metabolism with these tips, you’ll be improving your general health as well as your capacity to burn calories. You’ll not only find that you lose weight more quickly but also that you will have more energy, greater strength and you’ll be able to get through everything you have to do in a day more easily. The SURGE of the URGE!

By Stanley Leffew Have you ever heard the expression, “The Urge to Merge”? It is a term relating to sexuality and marriage. The “URGE” symbolizes sexual interest, and the “MERGE” symbolizes marriage union. We see it all around us! Late night TV bombards us with sexual images and sensual content. Commercials that have nothing to do with sex use a sensual foundation to market to the masses. More than ever in history our minds seem to be more interested in the sex-drive channel than in channeling the sex-drive. We call this, “The SURGE of the URGE”. Let’s travel back in time about sixty years before we became so technologically advanced and started opening up the bedroom door for anyone with an appetite and “prying eyes”. Many of the older generation know of what time I speak! Back when some things were still considered sacred and “The SURGE of the URGE” was yet in the future. It used to be that life was about marriage and family principles. It used to be that faith and family were the criteria for determining life success. In other words, it was about the “MERGE”. Family and relationship building principles for living was the norm. Then came The Beatles, Elvis, Rock-and-Roll and yes, Hugh Hefner and Playboy. Gradually our society began to shift its thinking and embrace a mindset for the “URGE” itself. The sexual revolution stepped onto the horizon, and “The SURGE of the URGE” was born and became the focus. Sadly, and to our demise I might add, the “MERGE” has been placed on the shelf and in many cases mocked and ridiculed. For over fifty years now we have been a world dominated with a fascination for the “URGE”. Playboy, Penthouse, Hustler, Strip Clubs, Porn Movies, Girls Gone Wild, Spring Break, Wild On, etc. The Music Industry lyrics display this same “URGE” mentality and, of course, let’s not forget the recent Halftime Super Bowl antics. We even went through a time in recent history where the “URGE” became the main topic of conversation surrounding the Presidency of the United States. Maybe, instead of just enacting and enforcing laws and high-dollar fines…maybe, instead of just issues of censorship…maybe, instead of just battling it out in the boardroom and courtroom…maybe we should do something so foreign as to go back to the shelf, dust off the idea that marriage and family life is where it’s really at and get our focus back on the importance of the “MERGE”. Being wanted for a “Night of a Lifetime” can never fully satisfy, fulfill or replace the greatest longing of our hearts for being wanted for a “Lifetime of Nights”. Let’s all consider taking the “MERGE” down from the shelf. Marriage and family life will always play the greatest role in our civilization. The greatest gift we will ever give the world is a stable home. (C)Copyright 2004 Stanley J. Leffew All Rights Reserved! Stanley J. Public Health Safety of Bacteriophages in Ready-To-Eat Meats & Poultry Products

By Dr Deryck Pattron Introduction Recently approval has been given by the USFDA for use of the combination of six bacterial viruses or bacteriophages as a food additive. These bacteriophages are to be used on ready-to-eat meats and poultry to kill strains of listeria monocytogenes prior to their packaging. Listeria monocytogenes are of major public health concern because it can cause serious infection in pregnant women, newborns and adults with weaken immune systems. It has been estimated that 2,500 people become seriously ill with listeriosis each year. Hence there is a growing need to develop effective treatments against pathogenic microorganisms such as listeria monocytogenes. The approval of bacteriophages by the USFDA for use in ready-to-eat meats and poultry therefore serves to address this public health problem. However, it is uncertain whether bacteriophages are safe enough to be used in ready-to-eat meats and poultry without causing any short or long term health effects. Because scientific studies to date have not shown conclusively to confirm or deny the safety of bacteriophages in ready-to-eat meats and poultry. It is hoped that the apparent expeditious use of bacteriophages in the light of insufficient scientific data may not compromise the publics health. The purpose of this article is to bring to the forefront a concise review of the possible public health concerns associated with the use of bacteriophages in ready-to-eat meats. What are bacteriophages? The term bacteriophages are derived from the Greek word meaning bacteria-eater. Bacteriophages were discovered around 1915 and have contributed significantly to the understanding of viruses or virology. They provide an alternative to costly antibiotics and can be developed mush faster and at a lower cost. How can bacteriophages be used to control bacteria? Bacteriophages are first grown in a preparation containing the target bacteria. The preparation is first purified before use on food. The bacteriophages are then sprayed onto ready-to-eat meat and poultry at a concentration of 1 ml per 500 cm2 of food surface. Bacteriophages then seek out bacteria and infect them during its life cycle. The life cycle of bacteriophages can follow either the lytic or lysogenic pathway that results in lysis of the bacterium. In the lytic cycle, the virulent bacteriophage binds to the bacterium and releases its DNA into the host cell. This triggers a series of events that leads to the lysis of the host cell, resulting in cell dealth. Bacteriophages multiply much faster than bacteria and infect many bacteria in a short time period thereby eliminating them or controlling their growth and numbers to acceptable levels. In the lysogenic cycle, the temperate bacteriophage binds to the bacterium and releases its DNA into the host cell, which then binds to the host cell DNA and form a prophage. This prophage has the potential to lyse the resulting bacterium causing dealth. Are bacteriophages safe to consume? Bacteriphages are bacteria-viruses. Viruses contain either DNA or RNA in their genetic make. This genetic material is believed to be transferred only to bacterial cells and not normal cells. But, has this specificity been rigorously tested in experimental animals/models and demonstrated in clinical trials? Strong scientific evidence is lacking and there is an urgent need for more research in this area. Viruses may induce an immunological response in vivo and in normal cells causing the development of secondary infections especially in susceptible individuals such as young children, old people, pregnant women and immunocompromised persons with HIV/AIDS. What are some of the public health concern regarding the safety of bacteriophages? Some of the public health concerns regarding the safety of bacteriophages include: Failure to select specific phages against the target bacteria in vitro, before using them on ready-to-eat meats and poultry may increase the possibility of developing secondary infections. Lack of availability and/or reliability of bacterial laboratories for carefully identifying the pathogens involved, therefore making selection of specific phage very difficult. Endotoxins can be released as a result of lysis of bacteria which could lead to health complications such as liver edema and pain in the associated abdominal region if meat or poultry is improperly cooked. Lack of thorough understanding of the heterogeneity and “mode of action” (lytic or lysogenic modes of action) of bacteriophages may affect their ability to destroy target bacteria. Bacteria resistant bacteriophages and the apparent ineffectiveness of bacteriophages to kill target bacteria. Resources Adams, M. H. 1959. Bacteriophages. Interscience Publishers, New York. An Introduction To Wedding Cakes

By Thomas Morva A wedding is one of the sweetest moments in ones life, and to compliment the great occasion, it is only natural to serve sweets. Cakes, like sweets, are an integral part of a Western wedding. Once the wedding ceremony is over, the traditional wedding cake is served to the guests. For this, even the knife, the container, and the table are decorated beautifully. The wedding cake should go well with the wedding. The taste and style of the couple is clearly reflected in the design, shape, and decoration of the wedding cake. There are some prerequisites to choosing the most suitable wedding cake. The proposed budget is the prime factor. After deciding the budget, a good baker, caterer, or expert chef should be selected. The correct selection of the wedding cake remains a stiff challenge due to the wide range of options available regarding flavors, colors and decorations for the cake. Usually, the wedding cake is massive in size, and multi-layered or tiered. It should complement the wedding dress, the place of reception, the weather conditions, etc. Tradition demands that the bride and the groom share the first piece of the cake, after which other guests partake of it. Sometimes, a portion is preserved so that the couple can share it either on their first wedding anniversary or on the birth of their first child. The wedding cake can be made in various flavors and colors. Some opt for the traditional ones, while others prefer new designs and tastes too. A single flavor can be used. But it would be nice if it could cater to the different tastes of the guests. To achieve this, each layer can have a different flavor. The topping or the icing can also be done in many ways, the traditional being the white cream icing. Even the shape is undergoing changes, and miniature cakes are becoming a common sight. Some of the preferred flavors are cheesecakes, mousse-filled cakes, chocolate, orange mud, and fruitcakes. Fillings can be picked from the list of chocolate, coconut, custard, almond, vanilla, etc. At the top of the cake, the figures of the bride and the groom can be seen. The cake can be decorated using many colors or design themes. The basic idea or tradition of the wedding cake is to make the occasion memorable, to be cherished by the couple as well as their friends and loved ones. The tradition of serving cakes is laudable, as it symbolizes the sweetness, prosperity, fertility, and love fostered through marriage. Palm Trees Offer a Tropical Touch

By Jane Smithston When you think about palm trees you immediately think of an island with fresh sand, icy blue water and beautiful palm trees. Being the pretty trees they are they seem to bring peace. Some people have them growing in their big gardens and they look amazingly exquisite there too. Its like when you think of happiness you think tall palm trees blowing in the wind. They grow mostly in coastal regions where it is warm and there is a lot of sunshine. They are more likely to be found near water but they may also grow in deserts. The leaves of a palm tree might remind you of a big feather, just green. Its mainly just a big trunk with no leaves until you get to the top where all the leaves are. They also produce fruits called coconuts. This is why if someone happens to get deserted on an island somehow (like in the movies) they will not starve because most islands have palm trees. The coconut is spherical in shape and is brown in color. These fruits are hollow therefore they are able to float on water. They are able to float on the water for a long period of time but after that the salt of the sea water will have destroyed the seed. If you are thinking of planting a palm tree in your garden or you have just discovered that there is already a small one growing, there are ways for you to care for it to ensure that it grows into a beautiful healthy tree. It is easy to grow a palm tree, all they really need is good soil and lots of water, but be careful not to over water it or it will die. Just give it a fair amount of water every three days and your plant will be well on its way! Written by Jane Smithston. Meaning and Marketing — The Links

By Paul R Snell You know who you are and what you want and what it means or will mean for you to be FULLY ALIVE and you also know that you can change it it — your definitions. If you don’t, you will. Just get on the road. That’s all you have to to do. Begin the journey. It will be for you a joyous one, but also terrifying at times, not much different than a roller coaster. You will find your way. I AM is with you. And the power of I AM is in you, if you want to access I AM. And of course you do. So let’s get it done. Let’s create Links from highest to lowest. No. 3 is your end and goal. It doesn’t belong to you. It belongs to another, but you belong there because you have I AM in you and you are a part of Being Itself. I AM adores you. You can count on that. You adore yourself, don’t you? If not, it may be because you do not know who or whatIS at the very core of your being. (3) IAM.com (2) YOUARE.com (1) YourHighestandYourBest.com The highest Domain above (3)belongs to another. It has been purchased a long time ago. Plato discovered the owner 500 years before Jesus. Moses discovered the owner 500 years before Plato. Einstein, though not a practicing Jew, was a frequent visitor in I AM’s palace. He knew he was welcome there always and made himself at home. Einstein was very daring. I AM loves Daring People, but S/HE urges them to be careful. The Giant is asleep, but S/HE always has one eye barely open so that S/HE can protect the Daring Person from disaster, not because S/HE is mean, selfish, or protective of HIS/HER property. Unlike most people, Einstein used his Imagination, and he also knew what he wanted. I AM was so impressed, S/HE gave it to him. This is what people still do in the near East. They know how to practice and honor hospitality. And Einstein, BEING hospitable himself, gave it to us… E=MCsquared.com This is a link to whatever YOU want it to be. I choose it as a link in service of the great I AM. What you do with it is your business. After all, it’s yours and I can’t take it away from you, nor can anyone else. It is a veritable gift from the great I AM, if you want it. This is whatIS in you and me both. I AM put it there. This is what it means to be created in the Image of God - the WILL and its power. This is the Goose that laid the Golden Eggs, if you want it to be. If you are a vegetarian, you may want your Eggs to be made out of pure spinach. If you are the typical Network Marketer, Gold will do. Whatever you want, whatever you will - IS. Do you believe this? If not, why not? Notice the Domains above. They represent a Trinity of Power. If they are linked, as they should be linked, when you click on one, you will arrive at the other. You may notice also - they arein count down mode. Are you? Domains (2) and (1) above represent YOU. You can isolate yourself from Domain (3) if you want to and go it on your own. I AM’s feelings will be hurt, but S/He will get over it. Will you? Why do you want to separate yourself from your true source of power? I AM is not the same as your own earthly father and mother, but they are — your earthly father and mother — the deck of cards I AM dealt you. Make the best of the deck of cards in your hands. In finding yourself, you will find both I AM, your earthly father and mother, your spouse, if you are one, and your own children, if you have any. YOU now have the opportunity to be a family, a true family. And there is power, vast power, in a family. This is or can be your Destiny. This Destiny can be represented as follows: theKingdomofIAM.com What we want to do now is to make the best of what we have and to become FULLY ALIVE, as much as possible, as Time and this earth will allow. The other will follow as our reward. But we do not have to wait for permission to take the initiative. It is in our power to do so now - if you want to, if you WILL. Do you? Here’s something we can do - if you want to. We might as well have some fun. Let’s fashion an Atomic Bomb - A Weapon of Mass Instruction and let’s use it to get you moving and to enlist your customers. Let’s blast our way into BEING and into becoming FULLY ALIVE. Let’s vaporize the obstacles that are all around us and in us, and let’s reach out to other people with the Good News that they have this very same power and possibility in themselves as well. Oh yes we can, if we want to. Do we want to? Of course we do! The Instruction Manual is next - Meaning and Marketing - The Trigger.
